Welcome to the goHeather Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up to be an affiliate of goHeather (www.goheather.io) through our affiliate platform at https://goheather.getrewardful.com/signup, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
To enroll, you must complete the sign-up process via our affiliate platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Once accepted, you will have access to your personal affiliate dashboard (https://goheather.getrewardful.com), where you can:
Access your unique affiliate link
View your campaign performance
Review your monthly commission summary
We use a 60-day tracking cookie. If a customer clicks your affiliate link and subscribes within 60 days, that referral is attributed to you.
You will earn 33% commission on all payments made by referred customers within the first 12 months of their subscription.
Commissions are calculated on actual payments received, net of refunds, chargebacks, and taxes.
Payouts are made three months and one day after the goHeather customer makes a payment to prevent chargeback fraud, subject to a minimum payout threshold as indicated in your affiliate dashboard.
We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent or non-compliant referrals.
Affiliate "coupon" websites are not eligible for an affiliate relationship with goHeather, and goHeather shall not pay any commission to any "coupon" website. goHeather does not offer coupons to any website and any website purporting to give access to a coupon/discount/deal to goHeather is expressly not affiliated to goHeather.
You may promote goHeather using your unique affiliate link through:
Personal websites
Social media
Email newsletters
Other channels that comply with applicable laws, but not ads
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Spamming
Misrepresenting goHeather’s services
Using paid advertising to bid on goHeather’s brand name or URL
Ads
Coupon sites
Discount sites
Deal sites
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. You may also leave the Program at any time by discontinuing use of your affiliate link.
This Program does not create any employment, agency, or joint venture relationship. You act as an independent promoter.
We reserve the right to modify these terms or discontinue the Program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms of Service.
